The Nigeria Media Innovation Program (NAMIP) is organizing the Media Product Fellowship. This four-month program is designed to build the product thinking, execution, and business development capacity of upcoming media practitioners as well as assist newsrooms on the road to sustainability by embedding fellows in their newsrooms.
The fellowship can help early- to mid-career media workers improve their expertise in news product strategy.

Selected fellows will spend three weeks immersed in intensive, hands-on learning on the assigned courses, to develop strengthening capability in the areas of media product and business development. They will then be allocated to newsrooms for three months, where they will be expected to put their training skills into practice and contribute to the organization’s success.
Applicants must have at least three years of experience working or engaging in the media or comparable sectors.
