Application are Open for 2023 Orange Knowledge Programme for Media-makers


Applications for the 2023 Orange Knowledge Programme for media-makers are now open.

The program is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and administered by Nuffic – the Netherlands Organisation for Internationalisation in Higher Education.

The OKP scholarship program is an in-person RNTC course in the Netherlands. The courses are in English.

The Orange Knowledge Programme is available to 37 countries including Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Colombia, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iraq, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Rwanda, Senegal, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Vietnam, and Yemen.

Courses on offer

  • Media Campaigns for Social Change and Advocacy
  • Developing campaigns that inspire social change and amplify advocacy efforts.
  • Digital Media Creations
  • Developing engaging multimedia content for broadcast and the web.
  • Digital Media to Counter Disinformation and Hate Speech
  • Providing practical tools to create alternative narratives and combat disinformation and hate speech in the media.
  • Data and Investigative Journalism
  • Delivering powerful stories that have an impact on society, with the sole objective of exposing the truth.
