Baltasar Ebang Engonga, the Director-General of Equatorial Guinea’s National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF), is at the center of a shocking scandal involving over 400 explicit videos.

These recordings, uncovered during a fraud investigation, depict Engonga engaging in sexual activities with numerous women, including high-profile figures such as the sister of President Teodoro Obiang, the wife of the Inspector General of Police, and the spouses of around 20 ministers.
