Did Santiago Flight 513 Disappear in 1954 Only to Land in 1989?

In 1954, Santiago Airlines Flight 513 vanished on its way to Brazil, reappearing unexpectedly in 1989. The aircraft, now piloted by skeletal Captain Miguel Victor Cury, touched down in Porto Alegre, shocking authorities who found 92 skeletons in their seats upon opening the doors.

This unsettling tale bears similarities to a 1961 “Twilight Zone” episode and a 1985 Weekly World News fabrication about Pan Am Flight 914. While the latter featured survivors, Santiago Flight 513 took a darker turn with its fictionalized landing of skeletons.

Note: Santiago Flight 513 is purely a fictional creation, debunking any claims of its existence or eerie return.
