The First Independent Power Limited (FIPL) Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) actively recruits students each year.

The goal of the internship program is to provide students with the hands-on training they need to progress their academic objectives and put them on a firm path to success after graduation.

Eligibility criteria

Students in any engineering discipline who currently hold a Second Class upper grade (2:1) or an equivalent may apply.

Internship period

The program will run from July to December 2023.
