The college was established on Ist April 1933 with the objective of training intermediate-level health manpower in Nigeria. Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology runs several programmes including the Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (ND), Diploma and certificate courses.
For this College, you can gain admission directly without JAMB UTME (if diploma and certificate courses). If National Diploma which proceeds HND, you will need JAMB UTME.

2. POGIL College of Health Technology Oke-Eri

School of Health Technology is a state-owned college of health situated at Osogbo – Ilesha Rd, Ilesa, Osun state. The college only admits students to several diploma and certificate courses. Hence, you don’t need JAMB UTME to gain admission into this college. Note that this may change in the future.

Lagos State College of Health Technology, fondly called LASCOHET, is one of the oldest colleges of health technology in Nigeria and was established in 1920. This is a state-owned college situated at Harvey Rd, Lagos. Candidates seeking admission for several courses for Higher National Diploma, National, Certificate, and Diploma courses can obtain the college admission form.

8. College of Health Science And Technology, Ijero Ekiti
College of Health Science And Technology, Ijero is a state-owned college situated at ljero Ekiti, Ekiti State Nigeria. The College of Health Sciences and Technology, Ijero-Ekiti is one of the greatest Colleges of Health Sciences and Technology across the globe.
It is an offshoot of the olden day School of Health Technology established in 1997 which today is a Tertiary Institution reputed for studies in Health, Education, Science, and Technology. For Higher National Diploma, candidates must have the prerequisites which include National Diploma or recognized certificates. For the National Diploma admissions, candidates must possess SSCE and write JAMB UTME.

9. Ondo State School of Health, Akure
School Of Health Technology is a state-owned college situated at Akure-Oda Rd, Akure. The idea to establish the School of Health Technology Akure started in 1976 following a decree establishing at least one school of health technology in each State of the Federation in keeping with the recommendation of the committee of experts for the development of the Basic Health Service Scheme (BHSS) in Nigeria. The college admits applicants in several Diploma and certificate departments including the Health Information Management, Environmental Health, Medical Laboratory Science, Community Health, Dental Technician, Public health (HND), and Pharmacy technician (PHA).

10. University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Community Health
The University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital
(UITH) belongs to the second generation of Teaching Hospitals that were established by law on the 2nd May 1980. It took off in July1980 and started operation using as its temporary site, the then General Hospital and Maternity Hospital Ilorin which were owned by the Kwara State Government. The permanent site of the hospital was declared opened by His Excellency, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo in May 2007 while complete movement took place in April 2010. The college runs HND, ND, and certificate courses. The National Diploma will require JAMB UTME while Higher National Diploma required ND.
