APPLY: FirstBank Launches Second Edition of Technology Academy for STEM Graduates


First Bank of Nigeria Limited, West Africa’s premier bank, and leading financial inclusion services provider, has launched the second edition of its FirstBank Technology Academy for young graduates with a background in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

The program aims to offer successful candidates a comprehensive, practical experience of cutting-edge technologies, including IT fundamentals, application support and development, cyber security and infrastructure, and data science.

Those interested can apply online until Friday 11 August 2023 via the bank’s website, with applications also open to candidates from First Bank subsidiaries The bank has an international presence with subsidiaries operating in 9 other countries. These subsidiaries are FirstBank (UK) Limited in London and Paris, FirstBank in The Gambia, FirstBank in Sierra-Leone, FirstBank in the Republic of Congo, FirstBank in Guinea, FBNBank in Ghana, FBNBank in Senegal as well as a Representative Office in Beijing, China.


Shortlisted applicants will undergo interviews and assessments ahead of the program, which aims to enhance digital skills and transform participants into industry leaders.
